POC is a Swedish company that has redefined the standards of protective gear for skiers, snowboarders and extreme cyclists. POC founder and CEO, Stefan Ytterborn, retained Kudo in a strategic advisory role to assist POC in leveraging its phenomenal product offering to reach more premium points of distribution. Additionally, we recently conducted a market assessment of the premium optical channel and developed a strategy for POC’s entry into the channel.
