Kudo was retained in 2011 by NBA All-Star Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat to create brand platform, merchandise, design, develop and market the premium men’s sportswear collection; AIREDALE. We managed all aspects of the business from development and registration of the brand name and associated marks to executing trend research, merchandising, design and development. Additionally, we established AIREDALE’s NYC showroom, retained and oversaw sales professionals and a NYC PR firm. In its inaugural season, AIREDALE received orders from leading boutiques including Fred Segal, Ian and Stag as well as from national retailer Bloomingdale’s.
